Yummy Fudgy Brownie Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 225g Dark chocolate
- 60g Butter
- 1/4 cup White sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 cup (40g) All-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
Instructions for Fudgy Brownie Cookie
Start by heating up and getting ready.
To start, heat your oven up to 350°F (180°C). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet so the cookies don’t stick.
Step 2: Butter and chocolate should be melted.
Put the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 30-second increments, stir the chocolate and butter together in the microwave until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate and butter are totally melted. Let it get a little cooler.
Lastly, mix the sugar and egg together.
The white sugar and egg should be mixed together in a different bowl using a whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy. It will take some time to whisk this.
Step 4: Put the wet ingredients together.
While whisking all the time, slowly add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the sugar and egg combination. Carefully mix them together until you have a smooth, silky batter.
Fifth, sift the dry ingredients.
Combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt by sifting them into the watery mixture. In this step, the dry ingredients are mixed in well and there are no lumps.
Mix the cookie dough in the sixth step.
Use a spatula or a wooden spoon to carefully fold the dry ingredients into the wet ones. After mixing, the dough will be thick. Don’t mix the items too much; just mix them until there are no dry spots left.
Split the dough into pieces.
Use a spoon or a cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepped. Because the cookies will spread out while they’re baking, leave some room between each piece.
Lastly, bake
Put the baking sheet in the oven that has already been hot. Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set and have a shiny, cracked top. Don’t bake it for too long if you want to keep that delicious fudgy texture.
9: Let it cool down and have fun!
The cookies should be taken out of the oven and left to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes after they are done. When they get hot, they will be fragile. Then, put them on a wire rack to cool all the way down.
Now you have a delicious batch of Fudgy Brownie Cookies ready to eat! These cookies have just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and softness in the middle. You can enjoy them by yourself or share them with family and friends.
You’re going to love the rich, chocolaty goodness!
