Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas

  • 2 cups boiled lobia (black-eyed bean)

  • 2 cups boiled potatoes

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 green chilli

  • Fresh coriander

  • 1 tsp black salt

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

  • 2 tbsp green chutney

  • 1 cup tamarind (imli) chutney

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • Papri as required

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, add boiled chickpeas, lobia, and potatoes. Mix well.
  • Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, and fresh coriander. Mix again.
  • Add black salt, salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala. Mix well.
  • Add green chutney and tamarind chutney. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Add yogurt and mix again.
  • Crush some papri and add to the mixture.
  • Serve the Dahi Papdi Chaat in a bowl, garnished with fresh coriander and some more crushed papri on top.
