This is 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter. The warmed butter helps the crust stay together when you press it into the pan. It also makes the taste rich and sweet.

How to Make the Biscoff Cheesecake Filling:

200 grams of softened cream cheese: The main thing that gives cheesecake its smooth and tangy taste is cream cheese. To make it easier to mix, make sure it’s at room temperature.

Half a cup of Biscoff spread: If you grind Biscoff cookies, you can make Biscoff spread, which is smooth and creamy. It really shines in this recipe, giving the cheesecake that tempting Biscoff cookie taste.

Topping for the Biscoff cheesecake:

1 cup Biscoff spread: Toppings always include more of the tasty Biscoff spread. It’s been warmed up a bit to make it easy to pour over the cheesecake and spread out evenly.

Biscoff cookie bits as a decoration (not required): You can add crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs to the top of the cheesecake to give it more texture and a Biscoff taste boost.

Whipped cream (not required): Whipped cream can be used to decorate the top of the cheesecake before it is served. It makes it look more elegant and creamy.

Here are full, step-by-step instructions on how to make Biscoff Cheesecake:

Step 1: Get the crust ready for Biscoff cheesecake.

Smash two cups of Biscoff cookies to start. To do this, put the cookies in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to break them up into small pieces. You can also use a food processor, which will make the job faster and more even.

Break up the Biscoff cookies and add 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter to a bowl. It’s important to mix the crumbs well so that all of them find butter.

Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper to get it ready. This will help when you want to take the cheesecake out later.

Make an even crust by pressing the Biscoff cookie and butter mixture tightly into the bottom of the pan that has been prepared. A glass with a flat bottom or the back of a spoon can help you with this. Make sure the crust fits all the way to the pan’s ends.

While you work on the filling, put the pan with the crust in the fridge to cool down.

Step 2: Make the filling for the Biscoff cheesecake.

Put 240 ml of heavy cream into a different mixing bowl. Whip the cream with an electric mixer until it makes stiff peaks. This could take a while. Set aside.

Put 200g of softened cream cheese in a different bowl. Beat the cream cheese with the same electric mixer until it is smooth and creamy.

Now, mix in 1/2 cup of Biscoff spread. Mix the ingredients together until the Biscoff spread is fully mixed into the cream cheese. The mixture should be smooth now.

Fold the whipped cream slowly into the mix of cream cheese and Biscoff. To put them together, use a spatula and a gentle folding action. Make sure the whipped cream doesn’t lose its air; you want the filling to stay light and airy.

Step 3: Assemble the Biscoff cheesecake.

The cold crust should be taken out of the fridge. Spread the cheesecake filling out evenly with a spoon after pouring it over the crust.

Step 4: Make the topping for the biscoff.

Heat up about 20 seconds at a time 1 cup of Biscoff spread to make the topping. It will be easy to spread on top of the cheesecake this way.

Carefully spread the warm Biscoff cheesecake spread over the cheesecake filling, making sure it covers the whole top.

Let it cool down and decorate the Biscoff cheesecake:

Put the Biscoff cheesecake in the fridge after putting it together. Let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Putting it in the fridge overnight is suggested for the best results. All of these things work together to make the cheesecake firmer.

Step 6: Add a garnish if you want to Biscoff cheesecake:

You can sprinkle Biscoff cookie crumbs on top of the cheesecake right before serving if you want to add some texture and Biscoff taste.

If you want, you can add a dollop of whipped cream to the top of each slice to make it look extra fancy and indulgent.

Step Seven: Serve and enjoy!

Cut the Biscoff Cheesecake into pieces and serve it cold. This cake’s creamy, caramel-spiced goodness is hard to resist.

Don’t forget to enjoy your Biscoff Cheesecake and share it with family and friends who also like this delicious dish.
