500g lamb or mutton pasanday
half cup cooking oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 cup tomato puree
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
3 tbsp yogurt
fresh coriander for garnish
1 cup capsicam
2 tbsp cooking oil!!

- In a pan, heat oil and fry onions till golden brown.
- Add garlic paste and fry for another minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add lamb or mutton pasanday and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, garam masala powder, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Add sliced capsicum and yogurt, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
