Hey there, it’s Mamona Adnan Okhy! I’m so excited to share with you one of my all-time favorite The Best Cheesecake Recipe.

The best strawberry cheesecake you’ll ever make! If you’re a fan of creamy, rich cheesecake topped with fresh, sweet strawberries, this one’s for you. Plus, it’s easy to make, and I’ll walk you through every step to ensure you get the perfect result every time.

Why This Strawberry Cheesecake is the Best

So, what makes this strawberry cheesecake recipe the best?

It’s all about the smooth and velvety texture of the cheesecake itself, combined with the sweet and slightly tangy flavor of fresh strawberries. I’ve perfected the balance of flavors and textures, making sure each bite is just right.

What’s even better is that I’ve taken the classic cheesecake recipe up a notch by adding a simple yet delicious strawberry topping that’s sure to impress anyone who tries it.

Let’s Get Started: Ingredients You’ll Need

Before we dive into the instructions, let’s gather everything we need. I’ll be sure to break it down step by step so you’ll feel confident as you bake!

For the Crust:

  • 1 Β½ cups of crushed biscuits (digestive biscuits work great)
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 7 tablespoons of melted butter

For the Cheesecake:

  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • Β½ cup of condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 Β½ cups of heavy cream

For the Strawberry Layer:

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
  • A dash of lemon juice (optional, to enhance the strawberry flavor)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Make the Biscuit Base

The first thing we need to do is prepare the crust. Grab your biscuits and crush them into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor, or just put them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin!

Once crushed, add the powdered sugar and melted butter. Mix everything together until it’s well-combined.

Now, press the mixture into the bottom of your baking pan, making sure it’s packed tightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the eggs, one at a time, making sure to mix thoroughly between each addition. Now, pour in the condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until you have a creamy and smooth filling.

Add the heavy cream, stirring just enough to combine everything.

This mixture should be thick, creamy, and slightly sweet.

Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust you prepared earlier. Make sure it’s evenly spread out. Now, it’s time to bake!

Place the pan in the oven and bake at a low temperature, around 325Β°F (165Β°C), for 50-60 minutes.

You’ll know it’s ready when the center is set but still a little jiggly.

Step 4: Cool the Cheesecake

Once your cheesecake is baked, let it cool at room temperature for at least 10 minutes. Then, carefully run a knife around the edges to loosen it from the pan. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for a few hours or overnight.

Step 5: Add the Strawberry Topping

Now, for the best part – the strawberry topping! Once your cheesecake is fully chilled, arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake. If you like, you can sprinkle a little sugar over the strawberries to enhance their sweetness, and even add a dash of lemon juice for a refreshing kick.

Step 6: Serve and Enjoy!

Slice up your cheesecake, serve it with a dollop of whipped cream if you like, and enjoy the delicious flavors you just created. Trust me, this will be a hit with anyone who tries it!

My Tips for Perfect Cheesecake Every Time

  • Room temperature ingredients: Make sure your cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature before you begin. This helps create a smooth and lump-free filling.
  • Don’t over-mix: When adding the eggs to the cheesecake filling, mix gently to avoid incorporating too much air, which could cause cracks.
  • Chill before serving: For the best texture, allow your cheesecake to chill for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better!).
