  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 5-6 tbsp cooking oil

  • 2 tbsp mint leaves

  • 3 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp yellow food color

  • For Garnish:
  • Fresh coriander leaves

  • Mint leaves

  • Green chillies

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
